These rights are as follows:

1. Right of access and communication of your personal data

You have the right to obtain from Maison 1896 confirmation as to whether or not your personal data are being processed and, if so, the right to access your personal data.

Upon request, Maison 1896 will provide you with a copy of your personal data being processed free of charge. There may be an administrative charge for providing other requested copies.

2. Right of portability of your personal data

You have the right to receive your personal data provided to Maison 1896 in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transfer this data to another data controller.

3. Right to rectify your personal data

You have the right to ask Maison 1896 to have your personal data corrected if it is not correct.

In case of correction of the data, Maison 1896 undertakes to communicate to each recipient to whom the corrected data have been transmitted.

4. Right to have your personal data deleted – “right to be forgotten

You have the right to obtain by Maison 1896, the deletion of your personal data when one of the following reasons applies:

Your personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
You withdraw the consent on which the processing of your personal data is based and there is no other legal basis for such processing;
You object to the processing by virtue of the right to object and no legitimate interest justifies the processing;

The exercise of this right is only possible in one of the following two situations:

When the exercise of this right is based on legitimate reasons; or

Response times
Any request relating to the communication, portability, rectification, deletion, opposition to the processing of your personal data, must be accompanied by a photocopy of a valid identity document signed by you and mention the address at which Maison 1896 can contact the applicant.

Maison 1896 undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other additional request for information within a reasonable timeframe which may not exceed 1 month from receipt of your request.

In case of violation of your personal data, Maison 1896 undertakes to notify the CNIL under the conditions prescribed by the RGPD.

Reservation Policies

• Check-in time: 3 PM
• Check-out time: 12 PM
• One night deposit is required at the time of booking for flexible offers
• Free of charge cancellations for flexible rates cancelled in advance of 72 hours before check-in; if less than 72 hours, the deposit will be retained by the hotel
• Specific booking conditions apply for reservations of 4+ rooms
